A global ground handling services company looking to expand its market footprint faced strategic and integration challenges. Even with a strong and successful operational track record, the company’s leadership team recognized the need to successfully manage that expansion, recognizing challenges in strategy planning and effective management of a larger employee base and resulting expectations of the merged company.

SASI Learning & Development identified leadership management skills and styles that would support the culture change the company wanted to foster.

We facilitated a two-day workshop for the executive management team to align resources, minds and understanding with their new business strategy.

Using SASI’s “3 Tracks of Leadership”, the team examined management behaviours required to create and sustain an environment supporting the desired outcomes and included a plan of alignment and integration of different cultures, retention of best practices and empowerment of all employees.
