Strategic support for LCC Operators

SASI on behalf of a major European LCC operator assisted in ACMI leasing of all passenger aircraft to a European regional operator on a multi year contract. The contract was concluded with the help of SASI management through their extensive network and contacts.

In addition at the request of the CEO an analysis of the air cargo operations was undertaken, which resulted in a complete change of the sales agency and ground handling service provider. The result was a 400% increase in net revenue sales for the carrier.
